I stopped off at the shop just to take a look one day, and was blown away by the place. Everything was neat, clean and organized. You could eat off the floor. The Brian's were great, and stopped working just to show me around, before I even asked about doing any business. I brought my 1198 in a week later to have her 600 mile service. Surrounded by Desmo's, Uber expensive kit bikes, R bikes and the such, I felt like somewhat of a small fish, customer wise. It didn't matter. Those guys (And Gal!) made me feel just as importiant as anyone else.
The attention to detail, bike done to spec, done when promised for the price quoted- well I will absolutly be back and would recommend the shop to anyone.

Just wanted to extend a sincere and warmhearted thank you to the entire crew at Boulder Motor Sports for the stellar 6000 mile service performed on my 06 749S. It’s rare in this day and age for ANY business to devote the time, attention to detail and exceptional customer service that I experienced at your shop over the past weekend. To say I’m impressed would be a huge understatement. They were more than patient with me and all my questions regarding my particular bike and all quirky things Ducati in the two days I spent hanging out at your shop.
At 4:00 p.m. on Saturday after some extensive troubleshooting they discovered a ground short in my ECU. After discussing all available options I elected to go with the Nemesis ECU that you had in stock. Within 30 minutes on the dyno, Brian had my little 749S putting out 107.2 HP on canned maps! They stayed 4 hours past quitting time to ensure I was 100% satisfied with how the bike was running before I made the 450 mile drive back home to Wyoming. That’s really going the distance in taking care of the customer! I was pretty sure I had purchased a good used bike but after the service I have no doubts whatsoever. I’m confident in knowing that my bike is bulletproof and performing at 100% of its true potential.
I’ll schedule another trip back down before winter to get the maps tweaked on the dyno, have a new set of tires mounted and get a few pieces of bling. Count on my continued patronage and referring any Ducati owners I may meet to your shop without any hesitation. Be well and looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Thanks for getting my 996SPS and 999S to perform at their best! Besides extracting maximum performance from the motors, having J.P. set up the suspensions properly has made both bikes so much more enjoyable to ride. Canyon carving takes on a new meaning nowadays!
Aside from the technical know-how, you guys have a great selection of parts on hand, eliminating delays experienced at other shops. Getting a clear explanation of what you did the bike and why has also been very reassuring. In addition, the openess and cleanliness of your shop is a welcome change from the other places I've had my Ducatis worked on in the past.

I always dread taking my vehicles in for service due to some bad experiences in the past, but you both have changed my outlook on letting someone else work on my toys.
