Order Cancellations Policy

To cancel an online order, customer must contact Boulder Motor Sports within 24 hours of order processing to receive a full refund of the purchase price. After 24 hours, please reference our return policy.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Bummer. You got it and need to send it back.  It’s okay, we’ll let you. Boulder Motor Sports must first authorize all returns and refunds by calling 303-495-3416. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

SALES ARE FINAL on used parts and accessories, electrical components and all special order items. Other purchases may be returned unused, uninstalled and in original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date. 

 

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and customer will pay for shipping the merchandise back to Boulder Motor Sports. We do not accept used or damaged merchandise and are not responsible for damage during shipping. (Please see BMS Shipping Policy for more details.) Once we have approved the return and received the merchandise, we will gladly refund your purchase in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made. After 30 days, no returns.

 

Shipping Policy

We are super fast, just like our bikes. If we have your item in stock, we will ship it the next day using the shipping method you designated during the order.  We are extremely careful with our merchandise but just like on the track, accidents happen. Any claims for damages due to packaging must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by contacting Boulder Motor Sports via our website. To submit a claim, click on the contact page and send an e-mail detailing your situation. 

 

Boulder Motor Sports is not responsible for any lost packages or damage caused by the shipper.  You will need to file a claim with the shipping company. UPS provides a minimum of $100 of insurance with every package.  If your order is valued at more than $100 we strongly suggest that you purchase additional insurance.  USPS Priority Mail comes with no insurance by default and has a limit of $500.  To protect yourself we suggest that you purchase insurance when using Priority Mail.

 

Backorder Policy

If an item you desire is not readily available, we will let you know immediately so that you can decide if you would like to continue or cancel the order.  Should you decide to continue with the order, it may take additional time to fulfill depending on availability of the part from the manufacturer and shipping times.
