In order to provide you with the best, most knowledgeable service, the Boulder Motor Sports tech staff has been hand-selected by Brian Sharp based on several select criteria, including mechanical aptitude, Ducati Certification, enthusiasm for the brand, and willingness to share a passion and expertise with each and every Boulder Motor Sports customer. Our staff is highly trained in all aspects of Ducati service and repair, including performance modifications, routine maintenance, and optimizing your motorcycle’s capabilities. The Boulder Motor Sports service experience includes the accessibility of each member of the service staff to provide you with the technical guidance needed to ensure your motorcycle receives the care it deserves with a friendly smile.
Brian is Boulder Motor Sports owner and Project Leader for BMS Racing. He is a Ducati Certified Technician and has over three decades as a motorcycle service specialist, focusing on the Ducati brand. He has the mechanical background and technical knowledge that provides the expertise behind the service staff at BMS. Brian is a master mechanic and expert engine and bike builder. Born and raised in Boulder, he has been riding and working on motorcycles since childhood. In his spare time, Brian enjoys riding his pedal bike and camping and traveling with his wife, Kim. Brian enjoys sharing the BMS shop with each and every Ducati customer.

Nick Rodriguez
Originally from Dallas, Tx, Nick started his career with Ducati’s in 2012 after owning a couple of different models and falling in love with the brand. Since then, he moved out to the Denver metro area and in 2020 he found a new home at BMS. When not wrenching on customer bikes he can be found building his project bikes, snuggling with his dog while thinking about motorcycles, and playing disc golf when it's nice or snowboarding when it’s not. He looks forward to assisting you with all your Ducati parts and service needs.

Charley Docherty
Charley is the newest member of the BMS team. Originally from N Carolina, Charley recently made the move out from Dallas, TX. He is a Ducati Certified Technician and has a strong passion for the Ducati brand. When not wrenching on your bikes or helping with service requests, you will likely NOT find him as he’s disappeared somewhere in the mountains riding, camping and off-roading bikes. Come in and say hi and talk about your service and possible upgrades or improvements to your bike. He’d love to help!
